I have used uniquecontent4u before for banners, and I needed another one this time. He did an excellent job, as usual, which I have come to expect.

However this time around I was unclear on some of my requests and when I realized I had caused the mixup, he fixed it for me free of charge, and promptly as well. This is what I call excellent customer service!

Yeah, I think thats one thing I was very appreciative as well. The communication is top notch. I was able to chat on Skype as well as communicate via email.

Update: Got a mockup of the layout about an hour ago, liking the look and layout of the site, looks clean and professional. Looking forward to seeing the logo next. Thanks.
 
I have to give credit to uniquecontent4u. He took my incomplete directions and ran with a great landing page design.

Easy to work with, happily fixed mistakes created by my poor communication skills while making the experience pleasurable.

I am actually looking forward to working with him again on other projects.
