I submitted deposit 10 days ago and all you've sent me is a partial sketch... why are all the other orders being fulfilled yet I'm stuck waiting on progress updates?? You need to keep your customers in the loop... you need to give me a progress update at the very least

Nice work. I`m very happy with the banner Nitin created for me. I left the design and choice of images to him, and he gave me a banner that was what I was looking for.
He also made a text revision for me so that I could have two slightly different versions of the banner without extra charge.
I will use his service again.

Here is my review about uniqueconten4u / phoeniixx.com:
1.project : 10 grafix
Quality : first order was about 10 graphics for 20 $ each. so the first designs were just a copy with different colours but after some reviews they were much better ..
Time : i realized i had to run after a litlle bit but then it was going - so it was just one ord two days delay !
Price : see above
2.project : Website
Iasked nitin for doing a website design incl. coding for a websitetool called jimdo ( very simple system )
I gave him all instructions and he told me it will last like 6 days ( 3 days designing and 3 days coding) . so after 10 days we had figured out the design and then the horor started :
After another 10 days working on a testdomain realized that he will not be able to do it and didn t really answer my requests .
Then he told me he will do it in a wordpress theme. so when he provided me the theme i tested it on one of my domains but it did nt work. Then he sent me about 3-4 times new file to upload and everytime it didn t work.
After updating wp etc. i tryed the next domain , where it all was the same : the theme was very buggy and worked nowhere.
So after 3 h of spending my time he just decided to logg off ! and that is it !!!
I really cannot recommand working with this guy ! - even he is very cheap - i just had to wait and spend lots of my time, money and nerves for nothing !
I also read all the positive posts here and saw the great designs, but this guy is really unprofessional.
Maybe he is good for Photoshop but not for coding ! The best things i have seen from him are his testimonials - that s how it is ! If anybody doesn t belive what i am writing i send send him full conversions via gtalk !

update : after two hours being logged off - nitin or who ever mailed me and asking for login details etc. - all the stuff which i did the last 3 h before with someone else using his account --> these guys are not trustfully ..

It's unfortunate that things didn't worked out well between nikbeuken and me.
Regarding Infographics : main conclusion is that he accepted the graphics after some revisions, so i don't see any point of complaining about it and this is the main reason we offer UNLIMITED REVISIONS.
Regarding Website : I told him 1000 times that i will fix his theme. These things tends to happen. Theme is working fine on our demo domain. But he was not ready to listen to me so HOW CAN I FIX HIS THEME OR HELP HIM ??
Anyway, I'M STILL HAPPY TO FIX HIS THEME AND HELP HIM.
