Well I have to take back what I said.

Even though it took a while longer, digi-guy came through and gave me a great html version of my PSD. I've already send him another to do.

I highly recommend him as the price is more than perfect and the job was done perfectly. No changes needed. Just a little late, that's all, but i'm sure that will work itself out.
 
Yea. Though, now he's making me look bad as I sent him an inner page for the exact same PSD i sent, which shouldn't have taken long, and it's been 3 days now since I received it. This wasn't a free review copy either, but a paid order.

Don't know what's going on, but I wouldn't buy until he gives me word back.
 
the time issues with this guy are probably going to send me a diff direction.
owell.. reliability > price imo
 
Oops, I was out of town and this is the reason why I couldn't complete the work within the timeframe mentioned above. I'm gonna take every order seriously and will give importance to TIME as well. Completed, all works that I got till now. Now, looking for more works.

So far I got 3 works from two clients. Completed three of them, and now looking for more.
