Shared Hosting?

I am currently on shared hosting because I have two baby blogs that I just started and want to save money while my traffic is low. When should I make the switch to a VPS?

There is no reason to switch over to VPS unless you started to get a lot of traffic more than you can handle. Don't have the exact number. It's different from one site to another. Speed affects SERP and conversion. Just when you feel free you are not converting well or ranking well due to poor performance, then you should switch over. However, there are generally many things you can optimize on the site to make thing faster. Always try optimizing stuffs first before jumping to more expensive hosts.

Yeah agreed, my site is on a shared hosting too. What hosting are you in right now? Hope it is Hostgator, it is the best hosting I tried so far. The best in terms of up-time and customer support.
