Deliberate derail: I'm in NYC in a few weeks time over Xmas, and since I gather there are a lot of NYC based WFers, I would love to take recommendations for the following: Burgers, Pizza and BBQ.

{Bonus points for anyone knows where I can get a nice traditional English/European Xmas lunch/dinner on the 25th in Manhattan}

In terms of "giving back", if you're in London and your pockets are deep enough - which they probably are - I highly recommend the Hawksmoor (multiple locations):

It contains: Buttermilk fried turkey, a sausage patty made from Ginger Pig (Tamworth pork), along with crispy smoked bacon, sprout tops, spiced cranberry ketchup, a cheeky slice of Ogleshield cheese (not very Christmassy, but a burger without cheese is a sad thing indeed) and turkey gravy for you to French Dip the whole thing in.
