Shit's about to go down in NYC

the choke hold takedown

before the choke hold

seem justified to me.

NYPD rules do not allow chokeholds, even if an officer's life is in danger. Their argument in this case is that a chokehold was not used.

I think the real issue in these two cases is the mentality of black people. They feel they are entitled to tell the police to go away because they dont feel like getting arrested.

If Brown and this guy hadnt resisted or fought, they would both be alive.

The same could be said about David Koresh and friends, but that doesn't automatically mean that everyone on the other side was incapable of doing anything wrong.

I hate cops. Have no respect for them,

Well, cops aren't the ones directly deciding that things like lemonade stands or Big Gulps should be illegal.

The New York Times wrote in 2006 that King had been "the Patriot Act's most fervent fan"

He frequently traveled to Northern Ireland to meet with senior members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA), many of whom he counted as friends...

the Irish government condemned him as an "avowed" supporter of IRA terrorism...

Pussy! I watch COPS the TV show all the time. That takedown is standard procedure. Happens on nearly every episode. There will be like 10 cops and one cop will do the choke hold takedown. The perps say the same thing every time. "Ouch your hurting me." I cant breathe." I give up." Cops never let up until both hands are cuffed.

I think the real issue in these two cases is the mentality of black people. They feel they are entitled to tell the police to go away because they dont feel like getting arrested.

If Brown and this guy hadnt resisted or fought, they would both be alive. That guy on video said before the choke hold, "This ends now!" As a cop, you have to take that as a threat coming from some one so much bigger than you.

Oh yea, and I hate cops. Have no respect for them, but these two instances seem justified to me.

Are you fucking retarded?

I'm white and I had an immediate family member get beaten up severely with night sticks by 2 border patrol agents in socal in the mid 90's. He died 2 years later at age 45 and the doctors asked repeatedly what kind of serious accident he'd been in. They said damage to the carotid artery had caused an aneurysm that put him in a coma and eventually my mom pulled the plug when it was determined brain activity was gone/minimal.

At the time of the beating, he wasn't charged with anything and was eventually let go. When he sued, the dash cam video disappeared, and the judge (no jury) said even with a video tape you can't prove the damage (ruptured disks) was from the beating and not pre-existing..... It's fucked.

This scenario is much different than Ferguson. I feel like this is the one people should have been getting behind instead of blowing their rioting load on a guy who tried to take a gun from a cop for telling him to stop walking in the road.

Was he told he's under arrest?

Was he under arrest?

Read his rights??

If someone comes up behind you and grabs your neck while you're talking to someone in front of you, what would you do?
