That's funny. I'm assuming that Shoe has "Shoemoney" trademarked, but even if he doesn't, the fact that the guy publicly admits his only reason for buying it is to coat tail off of Shoe could cause him to lose it to Shoemoney.

i think if he was trying to make a form of criticism/parody with no intention of profit he might be protected regardless of the trademark. like this anti-best buy site: Legal Stuff
but yeah if he was trying to profit from it, then I think shoe could go after him.

So, he was going to use it to make money by coat tailing Shoemoney, or sell it and make money.
The bootmoney domain is run by Shoemoney.. And if not run by him, done in a way to build a viral campaign. Affiliate Summit tried a similar tactic this week.
Are you sure? The domain bootmoney.com is on a server with 80 or so other domains that all belong to-
