Shoemoney system got 6 months old in 1 day wow

I respect Shoemoney for coming out and saying when he's wrong. I was also one of the 500 that got into the Shoemoney System. I also asked for a refund (which I got, you have to request the refund from Clickbank, not Shoemoney though).

I asked for a refund for a couple of reasons, but really the first and biggest one was something out of Shoemoney's control. I do a lot of my web work and stuff from my place of employment, which puts me behind a firewall. For whatever reason, the backend was blocked and I wasn't able to see it anytime I wanted. That was a big problem for me.

Secondly, I don't consider myself a complete newb. I know what affiliate marketing is, I know what PPC is, I know decently how to generate traffic, etc. I was hoping to learn some new techniques. However, I wanted to hear his instructions on PPC, his instructions on finding the right affiliate offers, and wanted his connections with the affiliate networks. However, that stuff probably wouldn't be coming, if ever, for a very long while. This means I was going to have $197/month going out the window for a lot of stuff I already knew until he got to that point. That was one of my beefs with it.

I may be willing to sign up again if I see others who are really liking it and letting him get to the point where it would be helpful for me. I don't have any doubt that Shoemoney has great intentions though with the Shoemoney System. His intentions though, no doubt, include himself profiting. He's not in this business for his health.

I dunno if its just me, but the shoemoney system launch wasn't that great. He should of released more free videos to lure the sheeple in. I guess with such a large following, it doesn't matter how good your launch is. (esp with only 500 spots open)

The video with the mom was the most retarded. Looked almost like one of those late night testimonials. The whole point of a launch is to release great content to impress people and lure them in.

Look im shoemoney, im an internet millionaire, just buy my product bitch!

Funny thing is, im not even a shoemoney hater. He seems like a chilled guy and I have no problem with him cashing in on sheeple (we do it every day). Just the launch sucked donkey balls.

Regardless, if he banked, it's all that matters. For those who've been in the AM game and know the deal. It shouldn't fade them and can see this type of product from a mile away. As for the uber-n00bs, if they can find value and do something with it, good for them. If not, then it's raining money for Shoe.

No one is forced to buy his product. Everyone has their reservations about him. In the end: His brand of marketing worked.

I would completely agree. Compared to John Reese/Frank kern/ Jenkins etc my little couple hundred thousand a month product is nothing compared to them doing 10's of millions on a launch.

But I am in for the long haul. Time will tell

I'm really curious Jeremy, what's it been like for you so far with your first "system" type product. What are some of the assumptions you had before launching that you got completely right and what other things did you fail to anticipate?

If you feel like sharing here that's really cool, if not I understand.

You have got to be fucking kidding me. The members of WF have always taken a clear stance on ebooks and "teaching courses" - they are all bullshit and make money only for the seller.

This is same shit, different package. The fact that he calls it a "system" is a joke.

Shoemoney was a nobody who by accident found himself in one of the most profitable niches on the Internet at the time. He milked it dry, with CPA, rebill memberships, and then PPC. He then started AuctionAds, and while he cashed out nicely, it was ultimately a failure. He then started fighters.com which was a failure.

So what does a businessman who has no idea how to make money do? Of course, make money by teaching others how to make money.

The Shoemoney System is as follows:
1. Stumble upon a gold mine by accident
2. Profit
3. Teach others about his "money making system" charging them $4k for "elite retreat" or BETTER - $197/mo with automatic re-bill.

that is, its all BULLSHIT.

I gotta go with Edman on this.

To me, he may have been successful at one time or may still be but anyone who offers these teaching course is essentially causing themselves to have more competition. They may work, they may not. But out of the 500 people who signed up you can bet a few of them will come out on top. What does this mean for anyone else in the biz? More competition, plain and simple.

The only reason to make such a system is because you're failing at it (maybe?) and are now looking to drain people dry who want to live the dream of working from home and seeing screen shots of $10k/month.

Not quite. The simple truth of the matter is that, if you're so inclined, it's just flat out easier, less work, and less risky (i.e. no risk) to make money selling ebooks and courses to IM noobs than it is to run affiliate marketing campaigns or develop and sell almost any other kind of product.

2 questions

1. Can he sell at $175 per month?
2. Is it free to be an affiliate?
3. What is a good landing page?

I have a script that help seoing any landing page for targetted keywords. Sort of like google adwords except that traffic comes from google for free.

I've never actually met Shoe Money, but I have studied his sites and techniques for a while now.

The man seems to be a pretty good business man that started right, "PROVIDING USEFUL CONTENT". \

and slanging ringtones.

hey all you "help the world" folks have at it, but let's call a spade a spade

that's like someone looking up to anyone who pushed real volume in berries for "helping america's obesity problem"
