Should "anumhassan" Be IP Banned?

Mods obviously can't spend every waking hour patrolling the board. However, with 40+ posts to his name (at the time of writing), "anumhassan" has arguably overstayed his welcome.

This thread is partly meant to petition the mods for a perm IP ban.
