I provided an odd keyword for a special event and she did a good job when researching and writing.
When I got the article of 461 words, I thought it will be another bunch of nonsense stacked up together, but it wasn't. For the first time in a couple of reviews I got, I have actually felt comfortable reading the article. It flows naturally for the reader and provides value.
The article cleared copyscape and repeated the targeted words without stuffing the content.
Recommended if you are looking for content that you want humans to read and engines to crawl and index.

Communication: 5/5 - no issues in communicating via PM. Emma was very responsive from my initial enquiry.
Speed: 5/5 - Fantastic - after confirming my keyword, Emma promised to deliver the article within 24 hours and delivered within that.
Quality: 3.5/5 - I'll caveat this review by saying that the keyword I provided to Emma wasn't the easiest. Emma delivered a good 400+ word review article (100+ more than promised). The work had been done to research the topic, which was nice to see. The only sticking point for me was that the tone and overall flow of the article didn't sit quite right for me. This is obviously a case of preference (a writing style I like others may not) however there were some elements within the article that I think could have been stronger.

I placed an order for several articles with Emma. Her communication through email was good, both pre- and post-delivery.
The articles themselves were well-written and I could tell that some research had been done. Her command of the English language, including grammar, is better than many of the other content providers I have dealt with on WF.
