Hi All, I would like to get some feedback, suggestions in term of design, seo and how to better monetize using adsense for this website. primaryclients dot com

Also, I would like to hire a freelancer for redesign the website in the near future soon.

I would definitely revise the content in the "About Us" part of your website. It doesn't read very easily. My recommendation is to dumb down what exactly it is that you do, keep it short (like you have already). Just make sure your grammar is good.

Outside of that, I don't see a big problem with the website and can't see why you couldn't market it easily. :)
