These types of sites must exist - what are they called? I'm talking about an automated service/API that will put links to your site on delicious, tumblr, twitter, etc.
What is the competition like in this area? Are they usually fly by night? Do sites (like myspace) that restrict "bots" crack down on these sites?
I ask because for myself I've developed some pretty nice tools in this realm and I'm able to automate some sites that I know no one else has. I'm wondering if it's feasible to monetize such a thing.
