I'm up for a local with a starwood hotel, majorbta what city in UT or CO has a Starwood property near a ski resort?

Well in Utah that guy did say we could use his house. Plus it makes it much better considering you can go to vegas, then ski, then fly back. One big trip.

Just sayin.. since some of us are not exactly pullin several G's a day.

I meant Starwood so we could use Amex points. I don't care that much about staying in a real nice place.

Whistler has a sick Westin ski in ski out but thought that would be to far for the east coasters. Yeah I don't think that guy wants 20-50 people staying in his house. Just a guess though.

I'm thinking a good idea would be to pick a skiing location/slope, and hotel/lodge, then factor in the cost of a room for everyone, so everyone spends the same amount, pool all the cash collected from each person together and maybe get one of those sickkk private ski lodge cabins? We'd also need a local connections for the ganj, plus pack the place with plenty of booze and beer and we'd be set for one hell of a time.

Between the skiing related activities and the parties it would be like a first annual mini-WF convention going on, where the only rule is to kick back and have fun.

To those interested but don't know how to ski and are using that as an excuse not to go, I can't ski for shit, and I seriously have never been off the bunny hill in my life, and I'm going to learn out there or try my hardest. Everyone has to start somewhere!

I was thinking along the same lines as well. I was going to have KAVEMAN call and find out about blocks or rooms once we had a location, date and head count.

It's looking like CO, in about 3 days I'm going to close this thread lets get some options for locations you CO boys.

50 people in our house would definitely be too much. 15 is a better number.

I can deal with CO though. At least there are direct flights from Toronto.

I may still make the trip to SLC immediately after Aff Summit. PM me if there are any takers.

Crested Butte, CO is beautiful and has some good skiing but it's kinda remote. We were thinking of going around January...I hadn't even seen this thread yet. Conteniental has some 175.00 flights to Denver from Houston and 250.00 to Crested Butte (don't know about the rest of the country) but my point is there are some good deals out there right now.

i'm down for the whole trip if its in CO. A friend of mine has a timeshare kind of thing for a nice ass place in Breckenridge. I can get some details if peeps are interested. It can be pretty damn cheap according to him
