Slam With Spam?

Are you trying to negative SEO websites with better SEO skills than you in an attempt to take them out, simply because you can't out-wit them? You do realize if there are 10 spots and all of a sudden 9 of them get hit with negative SEO - EVERYONE can tell who did it right? You do realize they will retaliate as well right?
If they are "bullying" you so to speak, I am assuming with spam, wouldn't they be able to annihilate you once they see you tank their sites? Or does the "bullying" consist of them simply having better content and linking strategies than your website? The fact that you are looking for the "cheap" route, means you are looking for shortcuts to the top of the SERPs, by rising on the dead bodies of your competitors - and I always love the "destroy all the enemies in my way" spirit in war. But I also see you also looking for RAPE, I mean SAPE links, and other "black", non-Google Guidelines approve methods. What would Rand think of your actions?
But alas, I would caution against doing this my friend, it's against the Google Guidelines, and it can get you in deep doodoo with Matt Cutts. I always follow the Google Guidelines. You cannot fail if you simply follow the Google Guidelines.

Well that's different, they attacked first.
Google's DMCA is pretty good with stolen content. Since your site was indexed first, just file one for every page and within 14 days it'll be removed from the index without a problem. I had a competitor do the same thing, then a bunch of competitors copied that content. I DMCA'ed All of them, then I rewrote my content in case it was in some off-site server that would have it reappear months or years later.
Now in terms of tanking their site I'd talked to [MOD REDACTED - stop outting CCarter] and [redacted - asshole - final warning]. Those guys really know their shit and can tank any site.
But again, I only follow the Google Guidelines for our lord and savior Matt Cutts has decried it so.
