Its like a gravity bong without the water. You pull the bottom down and extend it, it fills with smoke. You then crush it really fast and all the smoke is pushed out into your lungs. I would rather just take rips from a nice glass water bong.

The buckets we used to do were a lot less pretty...
Bucket of water, coke bottle - bottom hacked off, burn ya herb on foil in top of bottle, pull bottle up to fill with smoke, mouth over top of bottle, punge down and inhale, say goodbye to your lungs.

Yup a Gravity bong, we used to make them all the time... dont really see a point to destroying my lungs anymore.
