i have to force myself to not snack with a job like this, where i sit on my ass in front of the comp all day. it's sooo easy for me to get "secretary spread" unless i work out and eat REALLY healthy. so that's what i've been doing. i work out for an hour or so 5x a week, i eat about 4x a day and i force myself not to snack. and i've been getting in shape, despite having a job where i'm so damn idle. so that's how i handle it. whenever i have done the snacking thing, it's usually carrot sticks and pretzels.
