Heh, it's funny how there's hundreds of courses exactly like this but still only few people "make it" with the courses. I guess the biggest misconception in internet marketing industry is that you can take a course and make it. Work doesn't fit in that equation. I wonder why people who are in regular job and take seminars are better at actually using the stuff that they learn in seminars. Maybe it's because seminars are really expensive and they want to make sure they get value for every penny. When you buy ebook that's $79, it's easier to just let it rest.

You guys really are special - negative negative negative - patting yourselves on the back for how great you all are and telling allus "noobs" that we can find all the information we need out there for free - what fucking crap.

I am now in week 6 of the AC course and am still as positive about it as when I started - but above all I am still getting results and they are improving week on week - and that is all that matters to me. I now have 8 profitable campaigns and they are all simple email and zip submits making me $30 - $50 each per day NET profit, so around $400 per day !!

As far as I am concerned the course has more than paid for itself and it doing what it said it would. But more than that the content is well presented - week after week I feel I have more and more knowledge to optimise what I am doing and improve my results - and surely that is what matters !!

All the posts on here seem to refer to the week 1 material - I guess that is because no one has seen any of the following weeks material - because not one of my campaigns has more than one keyword in an adgroup - I track every one of my keywords and it's performance.

And Yes before December 2008 I had never even heard of Affiliate Marketing, Search Marketing or Internet Marketing.

i'm new to the forum but i've been online for a while and i actually did get a hold of the arbitrage conspiracy.... not a LOT of useful info for an experienced marketer but it can be worth $2k for somebody who didn't spend years learning IM.

i'll save you the $2k here. it boils down to this:

1. pick a hot converting CPA offer
2. steal competitor keywords with spyfu
3. crank a campaign with speed ppc
4. upload it to adwords with adwords editor
5. monitor
- kill underperforming ads/adgroups
- improve the ones that work (create landing pages, scale etc)
6. repeat and repeat and repeat

i guess you need a few thousand to burn to get it started but
you can make money with it.

Thanks - I'm not coming on here as any sort of authority on IM after 8 weeks in the business - just saying that for me the course has taught me step by step techniques that work - it may not be advanced but as a learning curve it has been good and most of all I have not wasted $$$$ on campaigns that clearly are'nt ever going to make profit. I know what stats to look at to see when an offer will make me money and when to ditch an offer that is costing me money - that is really all I wanted the course to give me.

I have no doubt that I could have learnt the same information over time and through trial and error - and probably spending just as much money in wasted revenue. I know that just one mistake I made by leaving an offer running for a few days too long last week cost me $300 in wasted clicks. But overall my progress has been steady and predictable - with results that have increased week on week.

Also the small community of people all learning together has really helped - as we are all at the same level - I have 20 or so people all studying the course who I email and IM regularly and we pass on things that are working and things that are'nt i.e using MSN to test our campaigns on and then migrating them to Yahoo and Google for greater traffic - instead of what everyone seems to rave about - go to Google - the holy grail of ppc !! It can be - but you can also lose alot of money very quickly on google if you don't know what you are doing.
