So google's latest change basically stopped sending me traffic

Had a thought.... how much bookmarking do you do per post?

Reddit. Digg. etc.

Some of these places would love your content if you put it in the right place.

Adult Swim forums? Get active and put a link in your sig? Could get you some nice targeted traffic.

Oh and my youtube channel isn't nearly as good as you might think. Even with 200+ subscribers I can barely get 40 views on a video. I don't know why it is but I have a harder time ranking anything on youtube than I do with google.

It says you have like 500,000 views for your account. Did I read that wrong? Something is getting viewed there.

I used to edit together music videos and they were really popular with the tubes, but they started cracking down on using copyrighted music and video even if it's edited, non-verbatim and non-profit.

Does anyone think it would help if I just deleted all my old posts, or removed the tags? Would lots of tags be considered keyword stuffing?

I bookmark posts about the manga once a week on delicious, jump tags, digg, reddit, facebook, and twitter. I didn't ever really get any return on doing it, maybe a few visits if I was lucky but I did it thinking it might help my overall ranking for terms in searches a little.

Deleting your content would be about the dumbest thing you could do. Just keep adding unique content, and build links as much and as often as you can.

Welcome to SEO I know how frustrating it can be to watch your site bounce around doing the Google dance. Usually a week or 3 latter it will come back to its original or better rankings. As hard as it is try to ignore it, and keep building your site.

If it will slowly get better that's encouraging. I'm more than willing to stick it out. The plan for this site was to slowly work it up to about a thousand visits a day, and by then I was hoping to get lucky with a commission or two a month which would of been decent supplemental income. This month I was hoping for an average of 100 visits a day, but it will be more like 40 next to last months 80. But I need the google because it gets me the new visitors, which just keeping the old ones wont get me anywhere. But i'll keep going at least another month or two to see if the visits through google increase or not. I tried my damndest to find some similar content sites to get a link from, and there was like nothing. Must of tried for at least three hours by now, even the ones that offerred links were not responding to me or were no longer in operation. I've managed to get some backlinks through web 2.0 forum bullshit, I suppose I can try posting an more forums. I also had bought 1000 crap backlinks made on forum accounts or something, only about 50 ever showed up as backlinks though.

Vibra - I don't know what I did wrong. I do use a thumbnail used by at least two other sites I can think up when reviewing episodes, do you think that might be hurting me?
