Anybody want to buy a Neobux account with 500 rented refs and 2 direct refs?

I know PTC sites are crap for the most part...but thats all I have and since I have no internet I would like to sell it so I could pay for my family's internet. The site pays instantly but you need to click everyday to earn your referrals clicks and since I have no internet I can't make any money from it. Neobux is also blocked at my school so I can't click the ads.

I'm only 17 btw, my Father stopped working months ago and my mom just cleans houses (which is why we are broke as shit living on food stamps right now).

I'm not sure if it is even aloud to post this...but I'm gonna go ahead anyhow. My account is worth $190. $150 for 500 refs and $40 left of my golden membership (which originally cost $90).

Anyone wanna buy it for $190? If yes, then send me a PM.

I'm willing to sell it for really low...I just wanna pay my families internet bill. I work at Subway along with school- but my family uses that to pay for electric and oil.

Poor guy, but to be honest your best bet right now would be to get a job and not worry about getting an internet connection. Except maybe if you were good at AM, which I'm assuming is not that case since you click ads for money...then an internet connection for a job would be all you needed.

So am I. A lot of hotels have free internet in the lobby. Startbucks & some Mc'ds too.
If you need a connection and have no money, I don't really see too many options available.

Maybe see if a neighbor has an unsecured wifi you can get on ;)

The OP already stated that he works a job and goes to school, and that his job only makes enough to pay the electricity and gas.

Why isn't your dad working? Why does your mom work a deadend shit paying job?

Maybe you should just move out of your parents house so you don't have to pay their bills

Like someone else said you can go work at starbucks until you figure it out.

And I'm guessing this is probably the higher end cable/dsl package that cost like 80$ a month. Course you ask one self... do you really need it? Are you a webdeveloper working from home, or are either of your parents?

If not that may be one less bill that you don't have to take care of. Also it's "Our" internet bill, if you're living with them. Cuz you gota admit you're probably more addicted to it since you're asking.

As far as access goes. A lot of fast food places now offer wifi (Well McD makes you pay for it now, but BK, and some others are free, may need to ask for the wep key which is usually the establishment's phone number).

Also most of the public libraries (least in my area) offer free internet, and some even have wifi hookup. So if one needed to, they could just either check their emails or something at those locations, or bring by a laptop if they have one. Basically gota weigh the actual need of it, to the available accessibility. We managed a few weeks without internet at home, wasn't the prettiest thing but certainly doable.

I lost my cable and internet months ago, the neighbor used to leech off of it. Now we leech off of theirs :P (they got tired of waiting for us to get it back up :D) (I'm pretty much 'tech support' so you can see how I barter off that arrangement)

I dunno... maybe cuz they be family? And if he's living with them and only pay for the utilities, then he's not having to pay for the would-be rent. And also cleaning houses isn't exactly 'dead-end' if done right.

But if I had to guess, the father was the bread winner for half her life, so what experience does she have right off the back to go and work when he lost his job. Maybe that would explain the 'why' of working any job she could get. Though I would be wondering why the dad doesn't pick up the same kind of job... if it brings income.

As much as I feel bad for the OP along with the rest of the country who are struggling I have always failed to see how people can miss all of the opportunity around us. Overcoming a pessimistic attitude is half the battle, once you've done that you'll start to see that with enough research you can make more money than you can imagine. Your new problem becomes finding enough time to spend that money before uncle sam snatches it. Moral of the story: keep your head up and read, read, read. This forum alone contains more juicy info than I even put a monetary value on.

Not quite sure how he can afford a hotel with his job. Probably he is getting paid about $10/hour. Works 10-15 hours a week, since he still goes to school. While I know almost any hotel in New York is at least $100/night. So, somehow he is supposed to pay a $700 room bill weekly with a $100-$150 wage weekly that hasn't even been taxed yet. Not to mention that we haven't included food.

It says he lives in maryland, so im guessing a hotel in new york is most likely going to cost more than one in maryland. A Motel in maryland would be even cheaper.
