It depends... But usually, yes. Just don't overdo it on a brand new site.

well natually a boomarking site is in place to promote stories and other peoples useful information on the web. Aim more to deliver the latter other than the link.

These all are Good Sites...And If you want to Try for More then Go for More ..But not the Same day.

Social Bookmark websites pointing to your money site look natural - any page/website that has content worth a shit will end up on the quality bookmarking sites. Just don't overdo it with 1,000 bullshit spam SB sites.

Personally I have every new post on my website bookmarked on 50-100 different sites. Aside from the free backlinks I sometimes get some decent traffic from time to time, especially from reddit.

You can go 1,000 social bookmarks on a new site as long as you don't ping them, and couple it with some article directory links or something similar. I would also vary the anchor text up a lot on the social bookmarks.
