I just received my report for the 25$ package.
The op over delivered by about 50% which is great because About half of the sites used are with PR 1 and above. A great thing about this service is that most of the backlinks are anchor text based.
No serp changes yet since its just 1 day after I got my report but lets see how it goes the following month.

I think that the above conversation rightly implies that you will need to scrape more sites for the benefit of repeat clients.

I would not ask for any refund/partial refund if you couldn't get 1,000 - I accept that it's going to be difficult.

Report is well organized with URL for each SB, domain PR and email login.
Received 2120 URLs, scrapebox found 1978 live url and 1967 unique domains, which is fine by me.
Too early for SERP movement, but will update later. Hope to move a keyword from 6th place.
