Don't sell bullshit crap? Even a good design wont yield much. The math for flippa is simple; (attractive site + Traffic + way to monetize) will = fat $$$$$. I've personally NEVER sold on flippa. My username on there is 'ameri180304', I've bought only one site.

I think the only thing I really copy (well dont copy), but I often look up psd logo examples but thats about it. I also dont outsource my content, shit gets ranked with the risk of me investing in then then boom. My business though isn't in flipping sites, I just ocassionally get offers that seem to good to turn down.

Remember, people don't wanna pay 10k, 20k, 30k+ unless the buyer is confident in a solid backlink, site, design, and income source being there... $2,400 isn't shit dude but I know that some people in some countries make that a year, maybe. So with that said, if getting a 2-3k per site sale is your goal - build a site and prove an income of 200/300/mo. From my understanding, rule of thumb is 10x monthly income on flippa, is it not?

That's exactly what I was thinking. It doesn't rank on 1st page for any of the keywords I checked. (Best Rum, Best Tequila, Best Vodka, etc...)

I think it would be worth way more than 15k if it was really ranking #1 for all those keywords. I just don't get it, I see this happen all the time on Flippa. I wonder if it's the ex-owners pulling out all links or if it's the new buyers that fuck up the sites all the time...

So.. It looks like almost all the original rankings came back after the guy who bought it finally took the malware off (He neglected site)

It must suck thinking you know what you're talking about but actually don't.
