Just got my report today. here's my review:

Backlinkers created 18 web2.0 proerties with relevant pics, relevant content and 2 links in each- 1 to the money site and one to other web2.0 then blasted them with wikis.

Speed 5/5:took less than a week which is great.
Communications 5/5: I gave him the info and he did what he said he will.
Price 4/5: $35 is a little bit pricey imo but i got a good discount so the value was there.
Quality 4/5: the web2.0 properties had custom themes + relevant pics but the article quality wasnt that great and was heavily spun. I've seen worse and also better so all in all decent quality but can be improved with a little bit of care.
Overall review: I would give this 4/5 just because I think it can be a bit better if there was more attention paid to the small details and if price was a little bit better for regular packages. but it looks like Backlinker knows his shit.
