Well if there are any investors out there that think this has potential I am open to suggestions... thanks for your honesty ninja.
 
Just pick a niche, if it doesn't work out, well at least you got laid a lot!

Try out unique toys for example. You don't see many people doing it (if any), there are TONS of fucked up people in the world that would love to see it (don't take my word for it), and you could give away iPods that have been crammed up the chicks pussy to paying members.
 
If she's bi, try hooking up with other sites' bi-girls. Get exposure through established sites that way. NaughtyAllie.com, RavenRiley.com, etc...

Went to the sex store today with her and got about 10 new toys. Should be fun shooting this. Good idea with the ipods and more unique toys.

Yes she is bi and we plan on doing these shoots. However, she is worried about finding a girl that DOESNT have a disease, and I'm pretty much with her on this concern. CL would just produce escorts, strippers etc I imagine.

If she's down to do girl on girl stuff then try and go legit and get her to audition in Miami or LA for RealityKings, BangBros, Brazzers, New Sensations or all those adult reality ones that have lesbo niche sites. Those sites are legit as hell and the girls obviously don't have diseases. Getting her name on some shit like that is a good way to get attention to her solo site.

Otherwise, maybe try to do some voyeur shit with her? Or public/outdoor nudity stuff? Or super nerdy shit that geeks all over the net are gonna have an orgasm over. Those seem like decent niches for this girl.
 
little tip, buy or trade traffic at IQ69 blog forum. Since you don't have any traffic, if you have the money then buy it! No body ever said this endeavor would be cheap starting out. It takes money to make money.

Photoshop is your friend. Almost every photo in a mag or high quality one online has been photoshopped.
 
Oh yeah, another good method would to take a few great videos [the best you can produce] and get the them on something like redtube.com there are programs that will let you embed your website text into the video, that will drive hella traffic.

Get any partners tested prior and review everyones papers etc thats how porn works... also read up on the laws about proper age identification you have to keep on file
 
You really need to get a quality camera for these shoots also I think the images need some work on the photoshop like the last image has some has some "red eye effect" (right eye) so you might wanna correct that also.
 
1) Hire a real Photographer
2) Get a REAL camera and some books or classes on lighting and framing shots
3) learn Photoshop
 
Thanks for the last few honest replies. I am looking at digital SLR cameras now. The camera I have now is 7.1 mp... the video camera we have is 42x zoom.
 
On a side note, she is gung ho on editing the photos herself. This is amazing fun for her. Maybe my unique selling point can be REAL amateur, Girl does OWN artistic editing and she is just some innocent young broke swedish canadian with a passion for getting her photo taken. Then once cheds start coming in we can upgrade the equipment.

Thoughts?
