First of all no offense to Wicked Fire members but this isn't the place you should be asking this type of question. There's some solid advice in here but the fact remains that this market is extremely saturated and the advice you get here is not likely to help you differentiate yourself from the dozens of others.
The one piece of advice that I'll give you is to get as much content as you can. Shoot for a week straight, 8 hours a day. Make sure you have enough content to last you a year or two worth of updates and have your contracts in order in case she bails (which she most likely will). You're the one investing money into the site. Cover yourself...no matter how well you think you have her wrapped under your fingers shes likely to bail on you one day. It's usually family members who have discovered the site, rumors, old high school friends, the new boyfriend, or the ever popular finding Jesus.
Head over to GFY. Yes it gets a bad wrap but whether people like it or not that's where the traffic is. Start off by reading the Raven Riley drama thread so you know the pitfalls that come with your niche. While your there search for the Jordan Capri, Mandy, Next Door Nikki, Dawson, Julia and dozens of other Solo Girl related Drama threads. All of those solo girls are popular, all of them have bailed or stirred up shit at some point.
Then start a thread introducing the site (you're allowed one). Put (Pics) in the title and take the feedback and critcism (trust me, there will be plenty) and use it to improve. Once you wade through the bullshit you'll have plenty of advice from experienced adult webmasters, you'll gain a few dozen new affiliates, and who knows you may even find an investor.
Oh and to whoever suggested the fan signs thing...excellent advice...that should be your second thread over there.
