Someone is gaming Google on Ringtones

Fuck me and this seems like acceptable behavior to you ? Why do you worry so much about your competitor ?
If someone else is blatantly violating Google's TOS, but you yourself has been stopped for doing the same thing in the past, you would also want the others to play by the rules. It's called fucking competition. Just like how a Burger King moves across the street from McDonald's, it's perfectly acceptable.

I doubt he does dick for sales. Maybe 200 a day max. And he has to buy 1000 vouches to do it. the guy is an idiot, he make could alot more doing it legit, but of course you can't do that with an iq of 70

What you guys don't realise is that google is going to have to change sometihng, and whatever they change could hurt us all.

You're cool dude, wanna be friends?

You guys do REALIZE that all you're doing is complaining about it.

SO if you find out what he/she is doing, what the fuck are you going to do about it? Are you going to copy it even if it's illegal?

Or are you going to be that self-righteous piece of shit asshole that rats everybody out because you can't compete in the market?

Exactly, GET THE FUCK OUT.

In case you guys dont realize its not one person doing it, it is multiple people who have figured out this trick.

I am sure google will put a fix in place to prevent this but if you know the trick exploit it as long as you can. If someone is doing this and wants some ideas on other ways to monetize it, contact me, i have some good ideas for replication that others might not see. If you are one of the few who mastered this trick contact me :)

Just to mention it, Google has dealt with my competitors that have broken TOS swiftly and satisfyingly after I report them. When I see them disappear from Adwords or their Adsense go away, I always give them the "LOL" email where I say "Owned, bitch!" and every once in a while they actually get their account closed. Normally they get the warning and subsequent suspension and then the Google audit, but nothing tickles your scrotum more than when they get scene evicted.

So you're the self-righteous asshole that can't compete. Nice of you to come out and get flamed.

I'd say that that is someone who knows how to compete. There's nothing to worry about unless you follow the rules. Google's TOS spells out pretty clearly that repeat violators put their account or campaign at risk. It's important to note that Google first sends warnings before doing something drastic, so if an advertiser chooses to ignore those warning, it's their problem.

I help manage a number of large clients on search with trademarked brand names, and we heavily use Google's trademark complaint email address to remove unauthorized resellers or competitors. Frankly, those orders to us come from the client's legal team, and if a Fortune 500 company's legal department wants us to remove ads, I don't think that counts as being shady.

Eh, the guys revenue is not that great. There a quite a few "legit" guys doing a lot more than he is. Let him ride his "success", he'll be gone soon enough.

Did god give you the answer to what his revenue is?

According to shoemoney's post on this, CPAEmpire is behind this. If CPAEmpire is behind this, then it does sound suspicious. Lately, I have seem a lot of MSN messages on CPAEmpire offers.

God and I aren't exactly on good terms these days, so no.

I know the guy that is doing it. And why bring up CPAEmpire, it's several guys doing it, some are running it through them, some through Azoogle. The guy that actually first started it was and is still running it through Azoogle.

And Shoe is a fucking idiot for that post. He sees one affiliate link and jumps to a baseless conclusion.

you wanna lose 300 pounds and look like a bald stick man with more baggy skin than your 99 year old grandma?

Tell me again why it's so INCONCEIVABLE that someone can be paying for "ringtones" and be forwarded to a website selling ringtones?

is it the whole "free ring tones" and aren't free thing?

What do you guys know that I don't? :spawn:
