Sorry for the noob question... But if I do it through a 301 can I just buy a new domain and immediately 301 it to the site I want to rank? Or do I have to send the links and then wait for a bit before 301ing?

You can give me 1 url your keywords your targeting and I will pull the rest from my keyword tools. Or if you want, you can create the content and just give it to me and I'll run it. No more than 3 URLS per order. Thanks
