Sound Effects Library?

Anyone know of a good place to get sound effects libraries (either paid or free) that can be re-used commercially? I need to use them in a software application I'm making.

inb4 there are sound library sites everywhere + learn2google - I know this, problem is large majority don't know allow the files to be used commercially and/or each site is indistinguishable from another, so wondering if anyone has any experience/suggestions.

I've used Soundrangers Sound Effects Downloads and Production Music Library, Custom Video Game Sounds in the past quite a bit as well.
