SPAMMER GETS MY 2 SITES PENALIZED - WICKEDFIRE ATTENTION!

Yesterday the above penalty checker said my one of my sites was under "Severe penalty".. today -30 penalty. Funny enough, that one is about right, as on 24th Jan this site got kicked from page 1 for several keywords to page 5 and has since worked its way back to page #3
My friend recently had the same thing happen to him, his ranking dropped by 100 positions because of someone using blackhat methods.
If your site is hosted in the United States then you can take advantage of a new law (thanks to homeland security) that makes blackhat link spamming illegal and a jailable offence.
My friend used the new law to have the person responsible for his ranking drop jailed. Of course you need proof, but you said you have proof so all you need to do is write the complaint up with the proof and submit it to Google as well as the FBI and they will jointly investigate the issue.

Well, offpage factors can be harmful only for young websites with a lack of backlinks. If you have certain number of normal backlinks and you are not new to the market no one can hurt your positions.
