Could you please explain your question a bit more detailed? I'm asking this because almost all spinning software use the same syntax: {synonym 1|synonym 2} or [synonym 1|synonym 2] and it doesn't care which language is used there - it could be any (English, Japanese, Russian etc).
For example, try this online text spinner using {synonym 1|synonym 2} syntax with any national character set you want:

English:
{John|Billy|Alan} {bought|stole} {{an old|a dietary} bread|a {silver|plastic} spoon}.
Russian:
{Вася|Петя} {купил|одолжил} {{коробок|вагон} {спичек|какой-то фигни}}.
