I just recently turned 18, and I've decided that it's time to legitimize everything and start a company. I want something that can be flexible - to say the least I'm not really sure where I'll be in 5 years. I want it to be flexible enough to cover online business, ebay selling, as well as a possible retail store.

I'm thinking a sole proprietorship, but I wanted to get some opinions on it first. What's a good way to go about setting up a shell company of sorts without spending too much money or doing mountains of paperwork?

Register an LLC with business area "Internet products and services". You can change it later, when you get more $$$.
