Steve Jobs, smartest "CEO" ?!?

Jobs is a dick but a visionary and CEO on par with Henry Ford or Howard Hughes. I still hate apple products.

its not overpriced, there is nothing else like it to compare it to so as to say whether it is overpriced.

take the ipad with its app store integration (and number of apps available there) - show me a comparable product, there isn't one.

So then, why is it overpriced? Because you personally aren't willing to pay for that integration? Lol.

Apparently millions of people are being duped out of their disposable income happily.

Definitely not the first time but with rebills most people eventually try to cancel, these people buy more.




Bingo. If you guys think the only reason the ipod won was because of brillant marketing you've really deluded yourself.

Sure, maybe the ipad is a valid example.

What about ipods vs. other mp3 players though? Or Macs vs. PCs? I'm not saying Apple doesn't make nice products, they do. The ratio of money spent : performance/features you get when purchasing an Apple product vs. something else makes most of their stuff "overpriced" IMHO.
