Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with people that they're going to pull some nasty, ropey-looking shit monster out of the toilet, arrange it neatly on the rim, and photograph it. Those people have more problems than what's backed up in their lower intestine IMO. :throwup:
The photos are real but the giganto-turds are what's known as artifacts: they're created by the colon cleanse pills.
The psyllium husks which are an ingredient in the cleanse tablets create a gel when they are digested, which forms itself to the shape of the intestine. It's the shit-covered gel you're seeing.
The same thing happens with "gall stone cleanses" containing olive oil + epsom salts. They react in a saponification process to form "stones", which the person passes and thinks it's because the treatment worked.
