Any help is appreciated...affiliate.com says they are investigating my leads from the month of April. however, they have never paid me from Feb or March...because I've let them know I'm not pleased with their lack of timely communication with me, they refuse to return my calls. In a situation like this, what's my best course of action? Wait it out?

Were you above the minimum payout level for February and March?

If so, there's no excuse for them to be months behind paying you (unless of course your leads are fraudulent). Stop driving traffic to them and switch to another network.

More information would be helpful here.

Sorry for being vague, yes I was above the minimum for all months. They contend that in April, there was some question to my April earnings, but Feb and March are clear...totalling a little over $1000 for Feb and Apr...

However, they refuse to release the Feb and March earnings even though those are not under 'investigation'--

I have stopped driving traffic because since I have begun questioning them in March where was my commission check, they have never given me a straight answer.

Ok, I get it...I will just cut my losses and delete my account with them and chalk it up to experience

I don't think that's what he meant. If they owe you money, go after them. If your traffic is legitimate, there's no reason why they shouldn't pay you.

What are your payment terms? I've seen some companies (not necessarily affiliate networks) stretch out Net 30 a lot longer than a month because of the dates they use to mark their reporting periods. Net 60 or Net 90 would be even longer.

If the network is stretching it to net 60 / 90 tell them to go fuck themselves and find a new network. Why would anyone wait that long? There are a lot of networks that will even pay net 15 to n00bs that barely make the minimum. There are so many quality networks, why bother with the shit pile?

I agree...like I said right now, they are refusing to return my calls...not even my AM answers, and that isn't like him...for the most part he has been trying to be open and as honest as he is allowed, however, his compliance officer is trying to corral me with a bunch of fraud masters, like we are a gang...that's where she has problems, because I work alone, I know no one...
