Stolen landing page

Hello friend,

I think no should worry about. Today person steal your page of landing but some day future you eventual steal their page of landing and no even know.

In end it all balance out. This call karma.

Good luck bro

All of the people above saying "Get over it" probably copy landing pages constantly and are afraid of their copied flogs getting taken down.

Using the same template/design is one thing, exploiting text and images you spent lots of money testing for their own gain is another, and you can definitely put a stop to it.
We don't copy landing pages, and pursue those who copy ours very aggressively, and so far, every time, the copied page has been taken down.

DMCA everyone and everywhere- host, domain registrar, aff network, etc.

If they're using AdWords, send a DMCA notice and their ads will be disapproved in a day or two:

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

The reason so much landing page theft exists is because affiliates accept it as part of doing business. If you actually go after landing page thieves, you will eliminate your lazier competitors and increase your bottom line. Unless you're using an exact replica of someone else's landing page anyway, there is no reason you should be letting this go.

Most realistic advice I've read on here in a long time.

Good stuff +rep

Realistic? Are you fucking kidding me? Good luck filing DMCAs for all your LPs that get stolen. I'd better use that time to create new LPs and make more money. DMCAs will not make you money. Get over it.

I couldn't disagree anymore. Someone just stole my web site, let me create a new one. Shut the fuck up already. If this was the case, you'd be creating new sites left and right. I'm so sick of dumb asses like you passing it off as if it's okay to do.

While all this sounds like a great idea, but all the accused party has to do is submit an official counter-DMCA statement claiming that they own the IP in question. Hosting companies, registrars, etc... then have to legally reinstate services, they have fulfilled their legal obligation. Now its up to you and the accused to fight it out in court.

Now tell me which one makes you more money?

Paying lawyers to fight over your stuff, costing you tens of thousands of dollars and several years of your life or sucking it up, and getting back to work making money.

Unless you have a brand name or image to protect worth millions it's not worth it.

Uh Oh, so you've been copied. Next time Post the site URL at WF asking for help, then say you have 15k to promote it, no one will take you seriously & you could slip under the radar for a few weeks...

If you're using a flog/farticle or some stupid shit like that then stop being a pussy and get over it.

If you actually took the time to build an innovative site, paid for the graphics and all that shit, and you really put a lot of time into it, then it may be worth going after them.

If you're gonna ask on a forum and expect a useful answer, you'd probably have to give us more detail on what exactly your running. Of course, that probably wouldn't be a good idea either lol.

Would it be plausible that a good chunk of the people stealing landers do not know English as their primary language?

1. Buy SmartTools
2. Build landers in WP
3. Use SmartTools to redirect your stolen page's traffic back at your offers.
4. ???
5. Profit

???=watch redtube/pull tubes/whatever

IMO, I don't think it is productive trying to get them taken down. I'm not aware of it ever happening to me but if it did I wouldn't sweat it. I think that time is better spent doing other things.

Mate, this has happened also to me but unfortunately the advice given is about all you can expect It is very easy to copy any page i do not know if there is any software available to secure the page but it sems an unfortunate fact of life Good Luck
