This guy deserved to be kicked out, but seriously, 5 pretty big cops had him handcuffed on the ground. They should have dragged him outside and put him in the back of a police car. Tasing him is pretty much the same as beating his ass or even shooting him when he's already handcuffed. They could have carried him outside with no problem. Who cares if he was yelling and squirming around. The taser is supposed to be self defense, not to calm someone down or stop them from getting away. If he took off running, they couldn't tase him or shoot him so he would stop. They would have to chase his ass. Even if he was a murderer. They followed OJ around LA going 30 mph for hours. They didn't shoot him so he would stop. Excessive force for sure.
