They're doing {KeyWord: Alternate Text Here} so that whatever you search for becomes the title of the ad.

And, using celebrity names/typos to promote beauty products isn't exactly the worst idea in the world. Testing semi-linked things like that is how you can bank.... finding opportunities that others aren't...

Don't be sure the clicks are unwanted unless you know the ROI. Who knows.. this person could be banking.
