I really don't know if I'm shooting in the right forum now but ok..

If you have your main site-domain hosted on one server and then you start creating like 100 subdomains-blogs which will go to different hosting accounts - because of IP diversity(read: BH methods) can google bann your main site, which is not BH site? Will google see subdomain's IP from a hosting account or from the main server?

One more question:
If you have, say 300.000 backlinks to main site and PR7 will this affect subdomains in getting better SE positions?

absolutely, look at the structure for Blog Solution. Those sites can get banned. The main page is usually legit but the site as a whole is mostly subdomains which means the entire thing can get banned. HOWEVER, if you have a 100% legit site and you throw up some spammy subdomains such as rssgm or something. The subdomains can get banned and the main domain usually will stay intact. I had a post talking about this called Proper Use of RSSGM. This isn't speculative talk, its been thoroughly tested. I can even put up an install of article dashboard on a site's main page. Then throw up a bunch of obviously spammy subdirectories using markoved content and I'm yet to see any of the sites get banned (never say never but still). Sometimes just using a proper cms can give you a free ticket to do nearly whatever you want on a domain.

I have a question related to sites banned in google and I think there is no need to open a new thread for this.

From my experience when a domain gets banned on google it is gone from index and also loses the Page Rank.
However recently a domain I have is gone from index (was there for months so I see no other reason than being banned - althoug the site doesn't use any generated content, hidden text or anything which is also strange why it was banned but this is another problem) but the PR is the same (on index, subpages and everything)... I think this is strange but it might be normal (I don't get domains banned very often :) ) so I thought of asking you guys. Eli what do you think about this?
