I highly recommend Active Desktop Calendar. It has handy features which is really good in organizing things. It has a to do list and scheduled tasks. I've been using it quite a while

Those who recommended Active Desktop Calendar - do you have a dual monitor setup? I tried the app and it looks fantastic, only that it doesn't work at all with more than one monitor.

- it places itself on the secondary one automatically (I want it in front of me though)
- it's totally messed up (in the middle of the screen, but cut off on all edges)
- it won't respond to any add/edit action (no way to do anything by double clicking on it)

When I disable the 2nd monitor, it works just fine. And yes, I found that setting where you can tell it that you have a dual monitor setup. No effect either.

Any experience with getting this to work on two screens?

Franklin Covey's Plan Plus for Outlook is amazing. To do lists, power notes, project management, goal defining/tracking, mission value defining/tracking.

The program integrates within Outlook and takes advantage of all the useful tools native to Outlook while applying the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people method.
