I've been lurking here for some time, reading lots and in particular the blogs and links from blogs of some members. w/out being too cheesy, thanks are in order as I've learned a lot already.
I've also started my first campaigns now with both adwords and facebook. I have a fair bit of learning still with adwords but facebook seems pretty straight forward. One thing I was wondering however was about the suggested minimum bids. The niche I'm trying right now is showing at about $0.4-$0.5 as a suggestion. Would you typically try at this level or do you set the bids lower in the beginning? What percentage lower (or higher) would you try, or is it more a matter of trying different ones and then watching performance?
I understand there's more involved than simply the amount you're willing to pay that will get your ads higher placement possibilities.
Thanks,
Chris
