anyone else get all of their content network campaigns shutdown? after yesterdays update.

I even got content campaigns shutdown that i was using to build up a forum. Not even trying to sell any products

I havent been running acai for over a month.

Some content campaigns are still running, but at 1/100 of normal volume

search campaigns still running

what the hell are they doing?
 


punishing those evil affiliates as usual. Once the affiliate scum has been purged they will be free from their wicked ways. (and broke)
 
Same problem here. No problems with search, but all my content network campaigns are barely moving....

YES. I contacted them about this, all I got was 'your campaigns are all approved and are running fine, try increasing your bids'. They didn't seem to understand that everything just stopped pretty much overnight. Also, I refered one customer support rep to one of my high volume campaigns saying it had stopped receiving impressions, and she had the cheek to say I was wrong as it had 'received one impression today'. One fucking impression?!
 
I only had one content network campaign (Credit Report). It was iframed - got completely shut

google did some type of update yesterday, It might not have been a mass slap because I had ad groups virtually disappear from my campaign.
 
Did anyone find out if this was actually a slap or an error? Get your ads to run again on domain/campaign?

All my content campaigns shutdown yesterday. Wasn't running diet at all on G.
 
I only have 1 content campaign and its been running fine since March that got 0 impressions. It's pretty innocent and a decent campaign for edu leads.

Is this related in any way to the Acai blog smackdown or something entirely different? New QS update?
 
I started a new account yesterday, threw up 4 adgroups in a test campaign, slapped $.80 bids on it and so far today I have a whopping 512 impressions.

Definitely something is fucked up. The niche is am bidding on is not harshly competitive.
 
I have no problem with the bid amounts. I was actually bidding $1 per click.

Shit just stopped getting impressions.

I had the same thing happen to my non diet campaign.

My quasi-solution: I went into adwords editor, did a full update, renamed the broke campaign "Campaign Name (WTF Google)" and copied and pasted the entire campaign into the same account. Renamed pasted version "Campaign Name Fixed". Impressions started to roll within 1 hour. already at near the same volume as the old one, avg CPC's went from .58ish to about .62ish but ah well. CTR is near the same. Old campaign is still running but no imps.

edit: i have no idea what google has been doing lately but I can only hope something is fucked up and they are just on a skeleton crew until the new year.

Of all things, I received 1 click on a campaign yesterday that was slapped to hell two weeks ago and considered dead.

On a good search campaign with 7/10 QS I hardly get any impressions at all, when I normally should be seeing lots of it. Something's up...

I had no problem with search just with content. Sounds like you have some other problem
 
One of my legit campaigns seems to be running only a few hours out of the day. It will not get a single impression from 00:01 am till about 9pm. Then, around 11.30pm traffic stops again. This has been happening each day so far since the latest update. Other content campaigns on different accounts are fine though.
 
So, are people who did not run Acai or diet rebill campaigns with blog-style landers also getting hit with some sort of Content network 0-impressions slap too?

Yes, all my non-dietcontent campaigns have zero impressions.
 
for those who got their accounts superslapped... what do you plan on doing? opening another account? contacting google?
