What we're supposed to be serious all of sudden? Is this fucking warrior forum now that everybody's all ZOMG the killer pigs are coming! I don't wanna "grow up". That's why I'm here, so I don't have to act like a fake douche like I would somewhere like warrior forum. Growing up is putting on a bow tie, putting up a pic in my avatar and trying to sell you a worthless piece of e-shit for $100.

So you want to buy my ebook for $100 on how to avoid the flu? ;-)

But seriously, you got a lot other threads around to write shit on. Altho I'm probably a person who's right now really into swine flu jokes I just wanted to say that most ppl end up recovering.. and that this is all a media hype.

Roche says thanks btw.

As the World Health Organization raised its infectious disease alert level Wednesday and health officials confirmed the first death linked to swine flu inside U.S. borders, scientists studying the virus are coming to the consensus that this hybrid strain of influenza -- at least in its current form -- isn't shaping up to be as fatal as the strains that caused some previous pandemics.

In fact, the current outbreak of the H1N1 virus, which emerged in San Diego and southern Mexico late last month, may not even do as much damage as the run-of-the-mill flu outbreaks that occur each winter without much fanfare.

Someone has been infected in Venice, Italy. Congrats to you north americans for giving us wonderful things like global recession and swine flu (that killed 1M people 400 years ago) in one year time.

Are you really an idiot or do you just play one online?

Fair enough. I'll go make dumbass/smartass comments in other threads. The generation click one is pretty fucking perfect anyway. Pretty much any thread by evancpc is ripe.

This whole thing reminds me of SARS and the Bird Flu:

SARS

Deaths Worldwide: 774
Deaths in the US: 0

Bird Flu:

Deaths Worldwide: 257
Deaths in the US: 0

Regular Flu:

Death in the US: Approx 36,000 per year
