Hannah & Sticks: You guys need to go West a bit.
We get dust storms all the time... it's just that this one is easily the biggest in recorded history.
Hell, Melbourne get's dust storms every 2-3 years when the winds bring the particulate shit from the bush fires down into our nice little basin & bay setup. It's never EVER been as bad as that, but dust storms are not uncommon even in metro areas.

You want them common, spend some time in Coober Pedy.

Seriously though, if it is, get your camera out and get your arse to Tai Poutini. If that shit makes its way to the glacier, it's going to be an epic photo shoot.

Yeah I know we have dust storms in oz but nothing like this that's for sure, but no, I personally haven't experienced any.

don't matter anyway I'm ready to go on a big traveling holiday, truly live the AM lifestyle, first stop Thailand baby, oh yeah, typhoons while I'm fuckin sexy asians.
