Normally hyphens are not popular but it seems natural with this one.
I gather the .com went for a lot of money (as a package).

Yep the hyphen is spot on!

I don't know much about .co.uk domains but selling that one below low $xx.xxx would be not a good move and thats for sure..

I believe the .com package (including Tshirt.com) went for over $1M

Nice domain, surprised the exact match vol is only 12k but of course great from a branding perspective.

T-shirts would have been better traffic wise but agree something in 5 figures sounds right.

I'm not sure XX,XXX would be achievable but is certainly a nice domain. Perhaps low -med $XXXX is more realistic. You never know with domains though!
