T202 Incorrect Amount of Clicks/ Leads

I'm direct linking on adCenter using Prosper202. I get incorrect amounts of clicks (669 clicks on p202, but 260 on network) and leads from t202. has anyone seen this before??

I'm seeing this today, too.

Prosper202: 103 leads
Network: 109 leads

I'm using BlueHost as suggested by Prosper. I'm not sending enough clicks per day to justify a VPS yet.

If your hosting is too slow and the visitors bounces before they hit the 202 page, then it won't register. Moreover, how can you be so certain the Ad Network is counting all the clicks correctly?
