Tai Lopez

The Tim Ferris podcast got old really quick. On a good day it's an interesting guest trying to tell authentic stories while Tim interjects for the 3rd time about how he drove a beat up minivan while he brain hacked his way to writing the four hour workweek. Tim is a good marketer yes, but he seems to not have any personality whatsoever and only exists as a meat puppet for his brand which shares his name. He markets the podcast under the idea of figuring out what great people do, which is a great and subtle way to market 100 products to you in one show. How many times have you looked at his show notes and felt compelled to buy many of the products? I'm too smart for this shit Tim.

BTW before I posted this I did meditate for 5 minutes using the Calm app. I also typed and archived this post in my Scrivener app while sipping on Casa Dragones tequila and snacking on Brazil nuts. Again, that's Casa Dragones tequila: It will make you a Navy Seal and not give you a hangover.

I usually try to find reasons to like people rather than to hate them.

Is that why you were on Ryan Eagle's nuts for so long? Too many damn reasons to like the guy.

How was I on his nuts? Mocking EWA?

He doesn't owe me money anyway I don't give a fuck in the first place.

Ferris is annoying as fuck, but his podcast with Arnold Schwarzenegger was really, really good. Arnold totally owned him like six times on his whole constantly putting himself over shit.

Ok now I'm pissed.

I had originally signed up to his newsletter cuz I was curious in knowing where his money came from. Biggest mistake of my fucking online life. I unsubscribed right after the first email and I kept getting emails daily. I unsubscribed again from all his mailings a few days ago and this morning I got one of his emails AGAIN.

I just unsubscribed for the 3rd fucking time from ALL emails. If I get any more emails I'll take legal action.

Are you suspicious of me? You should be. I read a book a day. Does that seem like an outrageous claim? "Nobody reads a book a day!" you might say. But how could nobody read a book a day if I read a book a day? That's circular logic on your part. "No, it's circular logic on your part," you might say. That's fine. You can say whatever you want. It's a free country. Maybe I didn't read these books. Maybe I just bought a bunch of books to make it seem like I am all smart. Have you read "The Great Gatsby"? Well, that's one of the books I bought. It's on this shelf right behind me. Are you more suspicious or less suspicious now? Well, guess what: I get suspicious when I see books that say "Get rich in only 3 steps." Three steps? That is far too few steps. You can't even get to be middle class with three steps. It takes at least 20 steps to get $100,000 and no less than 68 steps to get to a million. There is another Tai Lopez fake site out there on the internet that says you only need 67 Steps. Don't be fooled. You need a full 68 Steps. Think about it. Which is more - 67 or 68? Isn't it a FACT that you have to work hard to make money? I'm telling you it is. Work hard and you'll get ahead. But with my 68 Steps getting ahead will be a snap. But it won't be easy. You'll have to work for it. But it will come to you immediately. But not immediately after Step 1. Immediately after Step 68. But not quick. But yes fast.

To be honest, I think "4 Hour Work Week" is massively overrated compared to other excellent motivational/entrepreneurial books out there.

All I got from it, was that you could outsource shit to India and Philippines for cheap, while you travel around the world...

Mind you, he did a great interview with Mike Geary a few years ago > The Truth About Abs: How To Make $1,000,000 Per Month with Digital Products (Plus: Noah Kagan results) | The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss

I read it because it came out the same time I was leaving high school, and wasn't feeling paying 100k for a piece of paper the equivalent of a high school degree today. I read 2 of these "business" books because they're slightly more useful than the section of WFF that went private that everyone started bitching about once unavailable.

The stories were really fun to read, but these "business" books are not action and are therefore virtually useless. Good - you have knowledge that 10K other losers have because they'd rather read business books than take a good half decade of personal trial and error.

Fuck Tim Ferris - I respect Norb a little more now. Though some of the products were really stupid (Christmas weight loss one is my favorite) - he threw all the shit up against the wall personally to see what stuck. Not read some guys book who only really gives a shit about your $19.95, dummies.

Oh god, what a fuck is wrong with this guy. The way he talks and treats people around him. Arrogance in the dictionary has his picture.
Sell fog to helpless people that ride his balls in the comments. Its unbelievable. The shadiest fucking bizopp in the world.

"Huh, yeah, listen, I brought Marc Cuban, and asked him: Marc, can I record a video with you with your secret tips for specific group of people, and Marc was like: Yeah man, sure, why not!"

He mentioned that in the upsell for his accelerator or something.
What a fake shit!

"For all of you, good people, I know you are good people, that get in now, I know its alot of money, but you gotta do action once. For the next 20 mins I will give you $20k value for $1k. After 20 mins I will up that to $1k a month, yeah. So, you snooze you loose"

Never once explained what you can get for it, just constant vague shit!

Ughh

sorry for bumping an ancient thread but this guy has to be legit and loaded. or he's banked big off his youtube marketed bizopps already. his snapchat is just him living the life, private jet to game 7 world series last night with his crew, and great seats.

then cleveland cavaliars tonight, clippers the other night, always courtside seats. i'm mirin

i don't like him,
even he is successful,
i doubt what he preach will work for his coached clients

just by reading a set of books, you become a perfect business person on path to 7 figures checks,
i don't buy that,
the most successful person that i met, were not big readers,
but big doers,
some even never opened a self-improvement book in their life
