Good quality link for the price. The site has minimal posts so hasnt been spammed to death.
He also gave specific instructions in the confirmation NOT to spam the post with crap links so he obviously cares about quality moving forward.

Thanks for the honest review! We are very protective of our blogs and we're keeping a close eye on every post to ensure that those with poor SEO practices like spamming second-tier links with junk like trackbacks don't put our clients' websites in jeopardy.
