Lols at this. Ok I'm a bit drunk, but it sounds like, someone handed some d-bag a pile of money that he lost during legitimate business transactions.

Personally I feel like it's one thing if the funds where misused, it's another if some fucker just doesn't know the business as well as maybe you where lead to believe.

Take him to the small claims court... or if the amount is over the threshold then you can take him to another type of court... get some legal advice then sue his pants and take his car and cpa $$$:)
