I'm also very happy for them. I was able to meet and chat with Andy in the St. Regis lobby at AdTech and briefly met Lin, and they both seemed like great guys.

As for everyone complaining about outstanding payments, I'm sure everything will be resolved after the acquisition's complete.

I heard this was complete bullshit. Strange that they are able to sell for such a value and have a ton of issues with non payment for their affiliate base.
