The complete lack of cohesion of protest is often the exact same thing that those on the right use to criticise those on the left when they protest: "Oh, so this protest is about the global capitalist system that causes climate change in 3rd world countries while simultaneously making them poor because they're paying too much for our military?"
Exact same deal, so exact same lack of respect from the other side of politics.
What I do find interesting is that media channels are actively attempting to create news events. This breaches every journalistic ethic you can think of, especially if it's pushing a political agenda.
Now, I'm well aware that news services in America and impartiality go hand in hand like a dingo and a baby, but you'd think that someone inside would still have enough idealism to blow a whistle on this kind of thing... Or do workplaces in the States psychometrically test for political and moral bias in employees now? I know my last job interview here did.
But back on point, it's interesting that people are protesting taxes that aren't even in effect yet, and taxes that would be lowered for them, but then actually refuse to do anything real about it.
These are the same people that derided the left side for their useless protests during the GWBush era, saying it would do nothing. And they were right. Why do they suddenly think their own protests will achieve anything now?

There are plenty of things in Jewish culture about monetary issues. The BS about jews being good with money comes from the fact that Catholics forced the Jews to be the bankers and taxmen up until the post-Reformation period, because Catholics weren't meant to do that to each other.
The real irony is that the local Church often acted as a bank, charging interest rates that were exorbitant but guised as a tithing.
And for the record, I don't hate people that make lots of money. I hate unethical arseholes who have no issues fucking other people over to make money.

I don't idolize all Jews. I favor people who have merit. If they are Jewish, that is a coincidence. I'm not a collectivist.
Now that is nonsense. Jews are good at making money because they understand that making money means you are adding value in trade.
Just because Christians forced Jews hundreds of years ago to do banking, doesn't mean that a Jew born today is born with banker blood. That is so fantastically stupid, even for you.
It's all psychology and understanding. Jews understand economics because they don't have socialist prohibitions culturally against capitalism. That is why the greatest capitalist heroes in economics are/where Jews.
They understand that making money is GOOD for society. And to make money, you need property rights to calculate exchange and profit/loss.
It's no surprise that as western cultures erode under the state, so to do the values, morals and ethics it has taken centuries to accumulate.
